Treating the water pollution caused by Hsinchu Science Park is not the only course for Duxing Sewage Treatment Plant. Meeting parking needs and dealing with traffic congestions were also considered when designing this facility. A total of 534 parking spaces on the second floor and the top of the building were born for this purpose.
